Using knowledge and creativity, we help musicians to get what they want.
The brand T.A.V. is registered in Barcelona in 1989. In 1998 we decided to show our activities on the Internet under the domain tav.net (TAV Pickups) to put the knowledge and products developed within reach of anyone. For this reason, from the beginning of our activities, a small group of technicians we have dedicated to the design and experimentation.
In the past, some of us have collaborated technically with Saime (Sociedad Anónima Industrias Mecánico Eléctricas), Sony, Kiocera, Sanyo, Branson U.S. Sidevan, Faditronic, etc.

In Barcelona and Girona, we design and manufacture micro pickups to electrify musical string instruments and percussion. Also, we assemble customized pickups according to the musician specifications. In this way, we manufacture pickups for acoustic and classical spanish guitars. Also, many other instruments such as: lute, mandolin, banjo, dulcémele, lira, violin, viola, cello, double bass, hang, sitar, sarod, surbahar, santoor, esraj, etc. etc.
